Refunds After Return - Item Condition: If you wish to return an item, we will only issue a refund if the item meets the following conditions:

1) The item must not be personalized. Exchanges and returns are not possible for personalized items.

2) The item must be new, with no signs of use.

3) It must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you, with all tags attached.

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, and you must provide valid proof of purchase.

We do not cover any costs associated with the return, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Fee for Refunds: A fee of R$5.99 will only be charged in cases of returns for refund or size exchange. This fee covers logistical costs, including administrative processing of returned products.
Justification for Return Rate:
The value of this fee reflects the costs incurred for logistics, inspection, restocking, and administrative processing. This practice allows us to continue to offer a high quality service to our customers.
Size Exchange Fee Exemption: If the customer wishes to exchange the item for another size, there will be no return fee. The first size change is completely free, with shipping costs covered by us.
Refund Procedure: If you choose to return the product for a refund, the value of the product will be refunded, less the $5.99 return shipping fee, within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
